didiwin looks up whether a set of numbers matched draws that have already happened. That is the entire product. These terms mostly exist to say what it is not.

You give us some numbers. We compare them against published historical results for Australian lottery draws, and we tell you which prize divisions those numbers would have fallen into, what the published dividend for each of those divisions was on the night, and what a ticket would have cost you over the same period.
That is a lookup against the past. Nothing more is offered, implied, or intended.
We are not affiliated with any lottery operator. didiwin has no association with, endorsement from, sponsorship by, or connection to The Lottery Corporation, The Lott, Tabcorp, Lotterywest, Golden Casket, NSW Lotteries, SA Lotteries, Tattersall's, or any other operator, licensee, reseller or agent. We are not an affiliate, a reseller, an agent, or a partner of any of them.
We do not sell tickets or entries, and we never will. You cannot buy, enter, syndicate, reserve, or register anything here. We take no payment from you, hold no funds, and process no transactions related to any lottery. We link to no ticket seller and earn no commission, referral fee, or revenue share from anyone who does.
We do not pay prizes. If this site says a set of numbers won something in 2014, that is a description of a historical result. It is not a claim, an entitlement, a voucher, or money. Prizes are paid only by the operator, only to the holder of a valid ticket, and only within that operator's claim periods.
This is the clause that matters most, so it is stated plainly and without wriggle room.
didiwin does not predict, forecast, estimate, model, hint at, or otherwise comment on the outcome of any future draw, at any time, under any circumstance. Nothing on this site is a tip, a system, a strategy, a hot number, a cold number, a due number, a pattern, or a suggestion that any set of numbers is more or less likely to win than any other.
It is not, and cannot be made into, a predictive or forecasting service of any kind.
Every draw is independent of every draw before it. A number that has come up two hundred times is exactly as likely to come up tonight as one that has never come up at all. Historical frequency carries no information about future draws, and any impression to the contrary drawn from this site is your own and is mistaken.
We are, at our very best, a tidy spreadsheet with a good memory. Spreadsheets do not see the future. This one is not even trying.
Draw results and dividends are imported from published sources and checked on the way in, but this site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Data can be wrong, stale, incomplete, or misread. Formats change, divisions get added, and sources make mistakes.
The official record is the operator's, not ours. If anything here matters to you — and particularly if you are holding a ticket — check it against the operator for your state. We do not guarantee that any figure on this site is accurate, current, or complete, and nothing here overrides an official result.
Ticket prices shown are a flat present-day estimate applied across the whole period. Real prices changed many times. Cost figures are indicative, not historical accounting.

The comparison runs in your browser. Numbers you enter are not transmitted to us: the scoring happens on your device, against a data file your browser has already downloaded, and nothing this site sends anywhere has a field that could carry them. There is no account system. If you ask the site to find your state, your browser handles the permission and the coordinates are resolved on your device.
Your chosen numbers and settings may be stored in your own browser so they are there when you return. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What we do record is counts, and only counts: that a page was loaded and which page, that a set of numbers was checked and against which game, that the share sheet was opened, and — so that a day's visitors can be counted once each — a one-way hash of your address and browser that is re-salted every midnight and kept for sixty days. Never your numbers, never your results, never what a ticket would have cost you. Do Not Track is honoured, no cookie is set, and the totals are published in full at didiw.in/stats.html rather than kept to ourselves.
Sponsor placements, where present, are served by this site rather than by an ad network: no third-party script runs on these pages and no third party is told that you were here. A sponsor is shown how many times their placement was on screen and how many people clicked it, as counts — never who those people were.
Game names — including Saturday Lotto, TattsLotto, Gold Lotto, X Lotto, Oz Lotto, Powerball, Set for Life and Weekday Windfall — are trade marks of their respective owners. They are used on this site descriptively and nominatively, purely to identify which public draw results are being checked.
The games' own logos appear in one place: the picker you use to choose which draw to check, where each identifies the game it names — and, for the Saturday draw, the brand your own state plays it under. They are the operators' marks, not ours, and they are used for identification and nothing else. No affiliation, endorsement, authorisation or sponsorship is claimed or implied. No operator's mark appears in this site's own logo, in its domain, in a heading styled to look official, or anywhere suggesting this site is run by or on behalf of a lottery operator. If an operator would rather we did not use theirs, tell us and it comes off.
